I am looking for information on my great-great grandmother Ellen Theresa Lux and her family.
She was born February 28, 1835 in Leilerwiler, Alscace, France. She immigrated to Rochester, New York. She married Charles Wilhelm Frederick Haass on March 23, 1851. She died shortly after the death of her 6th child on February 18, 1864 in Detroit, Michigan. Below are four photos from the Lux/Haass family photo album. I'm not sure of their relation to Ellen. Any tidbits of information would be greatly appreciated. More information follows under photos.
