After leaving Old Orchard Beach on August 4, 1909, Lewis Mayo made his way up the coast to Portland, where he recorded a couple more images. A couple of years ago aroundmaine.com did a feature we called the Congress Street Time Machine, showing the changes in Congress Street since 1961 as seen from the top of the Time and Temperature building.
